Delivery

To ensure you get the best possible delivery of the goods you purchase, we have a UK-wide network of highly trained, professional delivery drivers and assistants.

All orders over £300 will be delivered free. Orders under £300 are subject to a delivery charge of £25. This covers the cost of delivery anywhere within the mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales), but does not cover delivery to Ireland, the Channel Islands or any of the Scottish Isles. We generally use G. Moor Haulage. This is an experienced home delivery company.

Data Security
We take security of your personal data and credit card details very seriously. We use the secure server software (SSL) which is amongst the best technology available. It encrypts all personal data including Credit Card details and telephone numbers. In addition, we store the data on a stand-alone server in an encrypted format.

When you have finished selecting products, go to your shopping basket and select the payment method FREE for 6 months. This will take you to a simple deferred credit form where we require you to fill in some basic details.

We will then send you a completed form through the post for you to sign and return, simple as that.

For example:
You select an item which costs £1000.00 - eligible for 6 months FREE credit. You pay a 25% deposit leaving a balance of £750.00 - This is due 6 months from the date the item is delivered to your home - not from date of order.
Pay this balance within the 6 months and you pay nothing else, no hidden charges or extras. Or you can choose to extend your credit for a further 36 months @ 29.8% APR. The choice is entirely yours.
